These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 369zk platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 369zk. We verify age during the KYC process and reserve the right to close any account found to belong to a minor.
Each player may hold only one active account on 369zk. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended, with balances subject to review and forfeiture.
All deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals on 369zk are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied on your end.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements, clearly stated before you claim. Attempting to abuse promotions — including multi-accounting or bonus harvesting — may result in account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 369zk will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
369zk is committed to player protection. Deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools are available to all players at any time via account settings or live chat support.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and place bets on the 369zk Platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend any account where the Player's age cannot be confirmed.
The 369zk Platform is operated as an international offshore service primarily targeting English-preference players in Indonesia. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your country or territory of residence.
The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an account on 369zk:
Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. The Company may close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from bonus funds.
To open an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. The Company reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.
Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account details with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must promptly notify 369zk customer support if any of your registered details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Keeping account information current is a condition of continued platform access.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, including where:
In cases of account closure due to verified fraud or material breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.
369zk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
Available payment methods may vary by account type and verification status. The Company may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. The Company reserves the right to return any deposit it cannot verify as originating from an account registered to the depositing Player, and to request supporting documentation before crediting funds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals will only be processed after KYC verification has been completed to the Company's satisfaction. The Company targets processing times of 5–30 minutes for bank and e-wallet withdrawals under normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
Winnings derived from bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the conditions in clause 4.3, provided no active bonus wagering requirement would be voided by the withdrawal. The Company reserves the right to cancel any bonus balance upon a withdrawal request submitted before wagering requirements are fulfilled.
All transactions on the 369zk Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not apply a currency conversion fee to Player transactions. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control and are your sole responsibility.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by 369zk are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the criteria stated in the applicable offer — which may include minimum deposit amounts, game type restrictions, time-limited validity windows, and geographic eligibility. Each bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or payment method, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
Unless explicitly stated as a "no-wagering" offer, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, the eligible game types, and the contribution percentages of each game category toward the wagering requirement will be stated in the individual offer terms. As a general guide:
The Company employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to guarantee a risk-free return (so-called "bonus arbitrage"); placing offsetting bets across accounts; and coordinating bets with other Players. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the Company reserves the right to void all associated winnings, cancel the bonus balance, and permanently close the account.
Bonus balances that remain unused or where wagering requirements have not been met within the validity period stated in the offer terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account. The Company is not obligated to provide prior notification before expiry occurs.
All bets placed on 369zk are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, for any reason, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or where market limits have been reached.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or software fault, 369zk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. This includes situations where incorrect odds were published due to a data feed error or human input mistake. The Company's decision in such cases is final.
Sports betting markets — including bandar bola (Indonesian-style football agency markets), mix parlay accumulators, and Asian Handicap (voor bola) lines — are governed by the rules published on the Platform for each market type. Key general principles include:
All casino and slot games available on 369zk are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules as set by the studio. RTP figures for slot titles are published in the game information panel and on the Platform's game catalogue pages. The Company does not modify RTP values set by game studios.
Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on 369zk reference official result pools from Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong. Results are published on the Platform immediately after official draw times. Disputes regarding togel results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw via live chat support.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 369zk Platform. Engaging in any of the acts below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
369zk is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and may request verification at any point during a Player's use of the Platform. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
Players are encouraged to submit KYC documents proactively upon registration. First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC has been approved. The Company targets a KYC review turnaround of 24–48 hours for complete submissions; incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional documentation.
If a Player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, the Company reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawal processing, and ultimately close the account. In cases where fraudulent documents have been submitted, the Company reserves the right to withhold the account balance and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
All content on the 369zk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's express prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any 369zk trade mark, service mark, or brand element for any purpose whatsoever, whether commercial or non-commercial.
The Company provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous uptime, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and live data providers. The Company is not liable for any failure, error, delay, or loss arising from the acts or omissions of such third parties.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 369zk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated under its offshore licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaint-handling process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require.
